These Terms of Use govern the browsing of jbhifi.gr and transactions with JB Hi-Fi. By using the site or completing an order, you accept the terms, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Sale.

JB Hi-Fi is an online store for technology and home appliances for Greece. We sell mobile phones, computers, TVs, audio, gaming, fitness and home appliances, with prices in euros.

2. Use of the site
You undertake to use the site lawfully, without attempting unauthorized access, bulk data extraction or deception. We may reject an order in case of reasonable suspicion of fraud.
3. Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for your login details. JB Perks allows you to track orders and save addresses.
4. Content and spiritual
Texts, trademarks, photographs and design belong to JB Hi-Fi or their right holders. Reproduction is prohibited without permission, except for personal non-commercial use.
5. Availability
We try to keep the site up and running. We are not responsible for temporary outages, maintenance or third party provider issues.
6. Applicable law
Greek law applies. Consumer protection provisions apply to consumers (law 2251/1994). Competent bodies: Greek courts and, for out-of-court resolution, the Consumer Ombudsman / European ODR platform.
