Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern distance purchases from JB Hi-Fi (jbhifi.gr), in accordance with Law 2251/1994 and current EU legislation.

1. Seller

Seller is the company that operates the JB Hi-Fi store. Full details are listed on the receipt of each order.

2. Products and prices

  • Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Any 'from' / compare-at price is indicative of previous or suggested price; final price is at checkout.
  • The photos are indicative. Product page specifications apply.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or availability errors prior to shipment, with your notification.

3. Order and contract

  1. You add products to the cart and complete the checkout.
  2. You receive a confirmation email at info@jbhifi.gr / at the address you indicated.
  3. The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order and dispatch or notification that it is ready.

Save the order number. Without receipt/invoice we cannot process warranty or return.

4. Payment

The methods shown at the checkout are accepted (indicative Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IRIS). We do not store full card details. Billing is due upon completion, unless otherwise specified by the provider.

5. Shipping

Shipments to Greece and Cyprus. Greece: usually 1–3 working days, free shipping over €49. Cyprus: flat €7 shipping (no free shipping) — payment by card/digital wallet only. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Withdrawal and Refunds

Legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. In addition, the store offers 30 days returns for unused products. Details: Returns.

7. Warranty

Legal warranty of conformity for consumers (2 years) and manufacturer's factory warranty for Greece. See Warranties.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where consumer law does not permit a limitation (in particular for fraud or gross negligence).

9. Applicable law

Greek law. Out-of-court resolution: Consumer Ombudsman and European ODR Platform.
