Our only store is jbhifi.gr (and the Shopify checkout it opens). We will never ask for your full card number, 3-D Secure code or account password by phone, SMS or a look-alike email.

• Email from addresses at jbhifi.gr or Shopify’s order notification sender
• Phone: 211 333 7281 or 697 840 2869

If someone offers “JB Hi-Fi jobs”, prize winnings that need a fee, or a payment link that is not jbhifi.gr, it is a scam. Forward the message to info@jbhifi.gr and to the Hellenic Police cyber crime unit if money left your account.
