The policy applies to purchases from jbhifi.gr. We offer 30 days return as a commercial policy, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt, without reason, in accordance with Law 2251/1994.

2. JB Hi-Fi Trade Policy (30 days)

You can return an unused product within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging, with all accessories, warranties and receipt.

3. Conditions

• The product has not been used beyond the necessary control (as in a physical store).
• No missing parts, cables, manuals or package gifts.
• Sealed software, in-ear headphones for hygiene reasons and account/IMEI enabled products may be excluded by law.

4. How do you make a return

?

1. Send email to info@jbhifi.gr or call 211 333 7281 / 697 840 2869 with order number and product.
2. We will give you shipping instructions (return address and method).
3. After verification, we refund the amount to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Return expenses

In case of cancellation / change of mind, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival — then we cover the costs.

6. Defective / wrong product

Contact immediately. We will offer a replacement, warranty repair or full refund including shipping.

7. Refund

The bank / payment provider may take an additional 1-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
