Warranty

Each product comes with the official manufacturer's warranty for Greece and the legal warranty of conformity for consumers.

1. Legal warranty (2 years)

Consumers are subject to a 2-year compliance guarantee from delivery, in accordance with Greek and EU legislation. If the product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal, as the case may be.

2. Factory warranty

Duration and terms are defined by the manufacturer (Samsung, Sony, Apple, Rohnson, etc.). It usually covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Does not cover dropping, liquids, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear of consumables or use outside of specifications.

3. What to keep

• JB Hi-Fi receipt or invoice
• Packaging and serial number / IMEI where applicable
• Enroll in the manufacturer's program, if required

If you just changed your mind, see our returns policy — it's not the same as a guarantee.
