We ship orders to Greece (mainland and island country) and Cyprus via partner courier companies.
1. Cost
Greece
- Free shipping for orders over €49 (after discounts, before shipping).
- Exceptions: bulky, heavy or special transport products (eg large TVs / certain appliances). The final cost is displayed at checkout before you pay.
- Below the limit, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
Cyprus
- Fixed €7 shipping per order. Free shipping does not apply, regardless of value.
- Payment only by card (Visa/Mastercard) or digital wallet where shown — cash on delivery not available in Cyprus.
- The amount appears in the checkout as soon as you select Cyprus as the delivery country.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed on business days. We aim to ship within 1 working day when the product is available. Orders after 2pm may be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery
- Attica and major cities: usually 1–2 business days after shipping
- Rest of Greece: 1–3 working days
- Islands / hard-to-reach areas: 2–5 working days
- Cyprus: usually 2-5 working days after dispatch
Overall we aim for delivery 1–3 working days for most products in mainland Greece. The times are indicative and do not include holidays.
4. Monitoring
Once the order has been shipped, we will email you with a tracking number (where available). You can also use the page Track my order.
Make sure the address, floor, bell and mobile are correct — the courier will call you if necessary.
5. Receipt and control
Check the package upon delivery. If there is visible wear, note it on the courier receipt and contact us the same day at info@jbhifi.gr.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, customs controls (where applicable) or force majeure. We will update you when we have news.
