If a price, photo or specification on jbhifi.gr looks wrong, please tell us. We fix genuine errors as soon as possible.

Send to info@jbhifi.gr the URL of the product and a screenshot. If you already paid the incorrect higher price, we refund the difference or cancel with your consent.

Obvious pricing errors (eg TV €1,199 to €11.99) may be canceled before shipping, with a full refund — we never ship at a price that is clearly a system error without confirmation.
